Created in May 2004, ACCOLADE, is another subsidiary of Mercure.com. A call centre aiming to service customers of large (mainly European) companies operating in various sectors such as tourism, the Internet and telephony. Accolade operates in two principal lines of business:

• Accolade sales center which manages all the commercial activities (telesales, taking orders, telemarketing, assistance…). Accolade also cooperates with large national companies such as Ittisalat Al Maghrib, Lesieur Cristal and Sopriam.

• Accolade Tech center provides data processing such as telephone user assistance .This activity started in June 2004 with Atos-orgin, a European leader in information system outsourcing.
