Human Resource Management is a primary strategic issue. It is the priority of every subsidiary to ensure that the conducted HRM strategy meets with the services and industry-related specific needs. 

HRM processes (employee’s compensation, training and development, career planning etc...) are harmonized for the purpose of enhancing mobility and career development.

Management of Senior and high potential individuals and talents require harmonized decision making synergies between the parent company and each of its subsidiaries.

The Human Capital Department works in close collaboration with Human Resource Managers of the different subsidiaries, through implementing an effective functional management approach and consensus-based recommendations.

Moreover, the Group is committed to enhancing the development of employee skills by creating an innovative way of sharing knowledge through a specialized  Group Training center within "Ona University":
